Each room has a private entrance and exit to the outdoors, and some come with kitchenettes.

Guests enjoy a free beverage bar, with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. After a long day of exploring, sit by the fire pit to take advantage of the free s’mores. There is free parking, and laundry facilities just behind the lodge. The lodge does not accept pets.

5. Best for Victorian Style Lodging: St. Elmo Hotel

Stay at the St. Elmo Hotel for a touch of Victorian elegance. This lovingly maintained turn of the century hotel features just 10 rooms, decked out in period decor. The buffet breakfast is popular with the guests, as are the hot tubs out back.

The St. Elmo Hotel has a great location, within walking distance of Ouray’s best shops, restaurants, and hot springs. The hotel does not allow pets.

Ideal for nature lovers, the Ouray Riverside Resort offers cabins, rooms, and RV camping sites right by the Uncompahgre River. Guests enjoy unlimited complimentary breakfast and access to the Minecraft Bar, Restaurant, and Pizzeria attached to the hotel. Spa services are also available.
