The parade of lights looks awesome!
It is fun, and be combined easily with the Christmas market or ice skating.
I‘m definitely saving this post for when I get the chance to visit Denver in winter! Thank you for all the tips 🙂
Hope you have a chance to try them out.
Denver looks like a great place to spend the holidays. The botanical gardens would be first on my list if things to do.
That’s one of our favorites too!
Your article brings me back nice memories from my brief visit to Denver in summer few years ago. I especially loved the afternoon tea in historic Brown Palace. I would like to visit Denver in winter someday.
Glad you had a chance to enjoy the afternoon tea, always a fun experience.
I absolutely love celebrating Christmas so naturally I enjoyed all the different Denver holiday activities in your post. I live in Washington DC so we too celebrate city-style. What’s the most popular for Denver?
The Christmas market tends to be packed, especially on weekends. Blossoms of Light is always popular too though, but they don’t let it get overcrowded.
This looks so festive. For a couple of years we have been talking off and on about getting back to the greater Denver area in the summer. But I had not considered a holiday visit. Definitely will consider it now. Thanks for great suggestions and photos.
It’s a fun place to visit in December, and can be combined with skiing or a snowshoe outing as well.
these all look amazing, I haven’t been to Denver but I love Christmas markets or anything christmas-y so I may need to consider a visit here in December one year.
It’s always fun to visit at Christmastime!
The blue trees are awesome and Denver looks so pretty.
The Polar Express is a gorgeous experience…
The botanic gardens look beautiful all lit up for the holidays!
What a magical time to visit Denver.
I’ve always wanted to do a Polar Express Train! It LITERALLY looks magical! There’s quite a bit going on in Denver for the holidays!
We did the Polar Express ride when our kids were a bit younger and they just loved it!
One of my favorite holiday traditions is enjoying the holiday lights at our botanical gardens. Denver’s looks amazing! As do all the other holiday activities on this list. But I’m sold at botanical gardens.
The botanic gardens are some of our favorite Denver holiday activities.
Gotta love all the fun seasonal things to do in Denver.
